No. NBN NTDs (connection boxes) must be relocated by a licensed cabler. Attempting to move it yourself can damage the system and may breach compliance standards.
Do you work on behalf of NBN Co?
No. We are private licensed contractors. NBN Co is only responsible for the network up to the property boundary and initial installation. Anything inside your premises (relocations, extra points, repairs) is handled by Nexa Data Solutions.
Do you install extra data points for NBN connections?
Yes. We can add or relocate data points throughout your home or office, making your network more convenient and effective.
